Kai-Fang Wei currently serves as Senior Design Director at Navitas Semiconductor since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kai-Fang held the position of Design Director at Elevation Semiconductor from July 2021 to February 2023, and was a Senior Principal Analog Designer at Halo Microelectronics from January 2020 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Analog Design Engineer at On Semiconductor from November 2015 to January 2020 and as Staff Engineer at 快捷半導體公司 from January 2008 to November 2015. Kai-Fang Wei earned a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University between 2005 and 2007 and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution from 2001 to 2005.
