Rainiell Bacani has a background in software development, quality engineering, and independent distribution. They started their career in 2018 as an Independent Distributor for UH Essential, Inc. In 2019, they worked as a Quality Engineering Intern at Deltek. Currently, they are employed as a Software Development Engineer at Navitaire, an Amadeus company starting from February 2023.

Rainiell Bacani completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from De La Salle University, spanning from 2014 to 2022. Following this, Rainiell pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, which was completed from 2016 to 2022.
