Beth Riddle has extensive experience in education and customer service. Currently serving as a Guest Services Professional at NAVIS since October 2015, Riddle focuses on customer service and reservation sales. Simultaneously, Riddle has been an ESL Teacher/Trainer at iSIMA since November 2010, specializing in tutoring students from the People's Republic of China for the IELTS examination. Riddle's teaching career spans several decades, including roles at various universities and international companies in China from September 1986 to April 2009, where Riddle taught English and American culture. Riddle also taught basic ESL courses to adults at Fresno Unified School District Adult Education from September 1984 to July 1985. Riddle holds a Master of Arts in TESOL from William Carey International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry from Melodyland School of Theology.
