Sheetal Karnik currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Navis, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this, Sheetal was the Senior Manager of People Success at Blackhawk Network from April 2016 to December 2019. Sheetal's extensive career in human resources includes roles such as HR Operations Manager and HR Operations Lead at Zensar Technologies from February 2012 to April 2016, as well as HR Business Partner at Unitek from February 2010 to November 2012. Earlier experience includes positions as an HR Generalist and Corporate Recruiter at Jaypar, an HR Generalist at SACC, and an HR Generalist at Intelliswift from June 2004 to May 2007. Sheetal holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
