Taylor Thornton has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing at Navion Senior Living and as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. Taylor also worked as a Director of Community Relations at Ridge Care Senior Living. Additionally, Taylor has experience in program coordination and membership management, having worked as the Director of Programs and Membership at the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, Taylor worked as a Sports Coordinator at the Kernersville Family YMCA. Taylor also has experience in education, having worked as a teacher at Winston Salem Forsyth County Schools.

Taylor Thornton completed their high school education at East Forsyth High School from 2005 to 2009. Afterward, they attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
