Prior to this, Robert worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Project Management Office, Global R&D, IDD, where they managed a team of senior project leaders and oversaw product development projects in the field of allergy and autoimmune immunoassay diagnostics. Before that, they served as the Managing Director of Research & Development at Mercodia AB, where they were responsible for R&D activities, project pipeline management, and scientific collaborations. Robert also held various roles at Mercodia AB, including Product Development Manager and Project Manager in the R&D department. Robert's earlier work experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at Gyros AB, where they focused on immunoassay development, and a position as a Master thesis student at Biacore.
