Magnus Axholt began their work experience in 2003 as the CEO and Co-Founder of Navigraph. In 2004, they started their PhD at Linköping University, conducting research on Augmented Reality and calibration techniques for optical see-through head-mounted displays. During this time, they were also a Doctoral Researcher at the Eurocontrol Experimental Centre and a Guest Researcher at NASA Ames Research Center. Magnus continued their involvement with NASA Ames Research Center as a Guest Researcher in 2007 and 2008. In 2012, Magnus co-founded Screenlab.
Magnus Axholt obtained their Ph.D. in Visualization and Interaction from Linköping University. Magnus completed their doctoral studies from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, Magnus earned their M.Sc. degree in Media Technology and Engineering from Linköping University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Before attending Linköping University, Magnus briefly studied Computer Science at Augustana College in 1998 and 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Magnus has also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
