Monica Lambert, CHRP, is a trusted and energetic human resources leader with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Ensemble since April 2024, Monica has previously held senior management positions at Navigatr and has worked across multiple organizations, including CWT, Scarlett House Food Group Inc., Women of Success, Quark Expeditions, AGF Investments, and Invesco Canada. Monica's career has been grounded in a strong foundation of education, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, supplemented by studies at George Brown College, Humber College, and Alliance Française de Toronto.
