Anja Ulriksen Vadskjaer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the maritime sector, currently serving as Senior Marine HR Manager at Navigator Gas since December 2022 following a merger. Prior to this role, Anja held various positions at UltraShip (Ultragas) from January 2014 to May 2023, including Senior Marine HR Manager and Head of Marine HR Ops, focusing on organizational changes and operational crew activities. Anja's career began at Maersk Group from May 2006 to November 2013, where responsibilities included HR project management and operational HR functions. Anja holds a Graduate Diploma in Organisation & Leadership with a focus on HR Development from Copenhagen Business School and a degree in Marketing as a Marketing Economist from Roskilde Business Academy.
