Gregory Ray, MBA, is an experienced instructor and project lead in military training with a focus on the Joint Fires Observer Course. Currently serving as the JFO Project Lead at Navigator Development Group Inc. since September 2023, Gregory leads a team of instructors for military members. Previously, Gregory held the position of JFO Program Manager/Instructor at Stafford Consulting Company, overseeing a team of 14 personnel to deliver high-quality instruction. Gregory's career includes roles such as Alternate Project Lead at People, Technology and Processes LLC and JFO Instructor/Team Lead at FSCX, where leadership and adherence to training standards were key responsibilities. Additionally, Gregory's background includes a tenure as a JTAC in the USAF, managing operations and training for teams. Gregory holds an MBA from Baylor University, a Bachelor's in Business from American Military University, and an Associate's in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
