James Snyder is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technology support and network administration. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Naviga since August 2014, James has progressed through various roles including IT Manager, Lead System Administrator, and System Administrator. Responsibilities include the support and maintenance of in-house technology and IT assets, ensuring optimal performance of corporate hardware. Prior to Naviga, James worked as a Network Administrator at Steele County from November 2011 to August 2014, where duties involved administering and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, network security, and Microsoft Exchange. James holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Networking Services from South Central College, obtained from 2008 to 2011.
