As President and Chief Operating Officer of LoanLogics, Paul Vancheri is responsible for LoanLogics’ timely delivery of high-quality software and other business operations processes to the mortgage industry. This includes the expansion of the company’s processes and competencies in software engineering and development, and the management of LoanLogics’ development partners to ensure their ability to support the company’s growth. With a deep understanding of the value of integrations that underpin client optimization of technology, he also leads technology initiatives that expand the company’s application programming interface (API) capabilities.

In prior roles, Paul spent 15 years as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) at several Fidelity Investments companies in Boston Massachusetts. In his CIO capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the technology organization to include setting the strategic direction, building the global organization, delivering the software development portfolio, and ensuring that business partnership and infrastructure/security remain top priority for the company. Paul was instrumental in driving the global reach of the company and was a key leader in building India and China captive operations, as well as driving strategic partnerships to support his business.

Paul has over 40 years in the technology industry, 20 of which were spent as a military officer developing and producing advanced technology software and hardware systems for the United States Air Force. Paul joined D+H (now Finastra), a Canadian banking software firm in 2014, and led the establishment of a global delivery organization and the eventual creation of a shared service group. During his time at D+H, Paul led the development of new operations in the Philippines and in India hiring over 1000 full time employees. He led BPO, offshore technology, real estate, and a variety of other operational groups. After D+H was sold to Vista Equity Partners, Paul consulted in the insurance industry where he drove the development of strategic technology blueprints for a variety of very large US carriers.

Paul is a dynamic leader who focuses on thinking differently, turning around troubled organizations, and building high performing teams all while driving accountability and delivering on business objectives. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees and attended many senior executive leadership schools sponsored by the Department of Defense.
