Navin Nadella has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. NAVIN started with Koushik Constructions as a Store Supervisor in 2012. NAVIN then moved on to Momento North Cafe in 2014 as a Front Desk employee. In 2015, they joined Malkawi Enterprises as a 1 STOP convenience store employee. In 2017, they became the Regional Marketing Manager for Handy Man Pro. In 2020, they were a Customer Relations Officer at EastPack Limited. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Bench Sales employee at Navasal Inc.

Navin Nadella has a diverse educational background. NAVIN completed their +2 from Board of Secondary Education in 2006-2008, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Business/Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2008-2011. NAVIN then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2011-2013.
