Kumar Swamy has been working in the recruitment field since 2014. Kumar began their career at HUMAC INC as a Bench Sales Recruiter, where they were responsible for full life cycle of sales recruitment, sourcing, and identifying requirements from top vendors. Kumar then moved to i3INFOTEK INC in 2017, where they held the same role. In 2018, they joined Techligent Systems, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and was involved in full life cycle of recruitment, marketing bench consultants, submitting and scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. In 2019, they moved to Ramsoft Systems Inc as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Navasal INC as a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter.

Kumar Swamy completed their Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Siddharth Institute of Engineering & Technology, Puttur in 2010. Kumar earned their degree between 2006 and 2010.
