Lam Truong has extensive experience in engineering and project management, primarily within the defense and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Warranty Manager and Program Controller at Navantia Australia since April 2016, Lam manages warranty claims and interfaces with customers to troubleshoot issues. Previous roles include Field Engineer at ASC Pty Ltd, where Lam was involved in technical aspects of construction, and roles at Electrolux Professional and Laserex Technologies, focusing on product design and project management. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Australia, complemented by experience in various engineering capacities at companies such as BAE Systems, Philips, and Tytronics Developments Australia.
