Swetha Chaturvedi is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as the Head of HR and Talent for the APAC region at Navan, Swetha previously held the position of Global Talent Leader at Tide. Swetha's career includes significant roles at Gartner, where responsibilities included Manager of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Lead, as well as a Human Resources Specialist at Bain & Company. Additionally, Swetha served as Assistant Manager in Human Capital at PwC India. Swetha holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on International Trade from Osmania University.
