Omar Elzarad is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend services, cloud infrastructure, and big data analytics. Currently, Omar serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Navan since May 2023, following a similar role at Rivian where key contributions included the design of microservices in Kubernetes and AWS, as well as mentoring interns. Previous positions encompass roles at Argo Group as a Solutions Architect/Software Engineer, where Omar managed AWS infrastructure and created automated solutions for diverse teams. Experience also includes significant roles at zData Inc. and Dell EMC focused on big data technologies, as well as software development positions at Adeptive Software and Phacil, Inc.
