Martijn Koens is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Navan since September 2021, following roles as Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Previously, Martijn held the position of Senior Project Manager at Rabobank for a brief period in early 2021. Martijn’s extensive background in management consulting and project management includes a tenure at EIFFEL from December 2017 to August 2021 and the Sociale Verzekeringsbank from February 2019 to January 2021, where roles included Programme Manager and Project Manager. Additional experience includes project management at Aegon Nederland and various positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Royal Bank of Scotland, showcasing a strong foundation in process management and operations. Martijn holds a Master’s degree from Leiden University and completed a half-year transfer at the University of Michigan.
