Alex Duce has an extensive background in customer care and travel services, currently serving as the Customer Care Team Lead for EMEA at Navan since September 2021. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Lead Agent at Fello Travel from December 2004 to September 2021, and worked as a Reservation Consultant at lastminute.com from June 2001 to December 2004. Alex's foundational education was completed at Hertford Regional College.
