Kate Williams (née Cross) has a wealth of experience in customer success, experience management and marketing. Kate began their career in 2015 at Everydayhero AU/NZ as a Manager, Customer Success and B2B Marketing Specialist. In 2018, they moved to Cohort Go as Head of Customer Success. In 2019, they joined Enablo as Head of Customer Success, Experience Director, Team Lead - Experience, Experience Manager and Experience Consultant. In their role at Enablo, they helped Enterprise-level customers like Super Retail Group, Freedom Furniture, Afterpay and Virgin Australia deliver best-in-class employee experiences through Workplace from Facebook. Kate was dedicated to driving long-term growth for customers with a special focus on customer engagement, customer retention and the acquisition of new business.
Kate Williams (née Cross) attended Brisbane Girls Grammar School from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations at The University of Queensland, which they are still currently enrolled in. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the Australian Institute of Management, including Project Management Fundamentals in June 2019, and Leadership and Management Fundamentals in September 2017.
