Adriana D. is an experienced professional in recruiting and people operations, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Navan since January 2025. Previously, Adriana held the role of Recruiting and People Operations Coordinator at Fetch in 2023-2024 and progressed through various positions at Justworks, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Team Lead, Senior Tech Recruiting Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator from June 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a High School English Teacher for the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport from January 2019 to July 2020 and as a Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Finance from September 2017 to December 2018. Adriana began their academic journey at Brock University, earning dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, General, between 2013 and 2017.
