Ilkka Muilu currently serves as Sales Director at NAVAKKA since September 2023. Previously, Ilkka held the position of Business Director for Software Business at Leanware Oy from April 2020 to September 2023, where contributions focused on enhancing supply chain efficiency for over 300 clients, yielding substantial economic, productivity, and sustainability benefits. From January 2013 to April 2020, Ilkka worked at Solteq Oyj, initially as Director of Core System Services and later as Service Director, contributing to the company's expertise in retail and energy sectors. Prior roles include independent consulting and management positions at Tmi Ilkka Muilu and Logia Software Oy, as well as project management at JAKK. Ilkka's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Management and Production Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, complemented by studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
