Sam Elmi, Ph.D., is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people services and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Director of People Services and Director of People Strategy at Nava since October 2023, Sam has held significant HR roles at various organizations including Human Resources Director and Manager at Seneca Holdings, and Human Capital Manager at VMD Corp. Prior positions include Benefits & Compensation Specialist at my eye, Human Resources Specialist at Neighborhood Healthcare, and General Manager at Time Wise Jewelers, where Sam led strategic human resources and operations. Sam's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, along with a BA in Psychology with a focus on Human Development from UC San Diego.
