Jen Hau is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in shaping and launching innovative products across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Nava Benefits since August 2022, Jen also contributes as an Investor and Advisor at Merit since April 2019. Prior roles include Director of Product at Better (2021-2022), VP of Product at Troops (2018-2021), and Senior Product Lead at VTS (2016-2018), where Jen significantly improved user experience and satisfaction. Earlier experiences include leading the redesign of VenueBook at VenueBook (2015-2016) and launching a key marketplace for Compass (2012-2015). Jen holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
