Grace Liu is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Nav Technologies, Inc., and as a member of the Board of Directors for VIA Global Health. With extensive expertise in financial strategy and management, Grace has held leadership roles at Tango and Afterpay, where responsibilities included overseeing finance operations and guiding strategic planning. Grace co-founded the Women's Investment Club to empower women investors and is a founding member of The F Suite, a community for CFOs. Prior experience includes senior positions in investment banking at DBS Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, along with finance roles at LendingClub and Applied Materials. Grace holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago, a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Bates College, and completed a program in Strategic Decision and Risk Management at Stanford University.
