Courtney Chavis has extensive work experience in various roles related to client relations, management, marketing, and healthcare. Courtney worked as the Director of Client Relations at Nav Central, LLC from April 2021 to present. Prior to that, they served as the Clinical Manager from July 2020 to April 2021 and as a Physician Extender from November 2018 to July 2020 at the same company. Before joining Nav Central, LLC, Courtney worked as a Business and Marketing Manager at Elven Locks/ Vanity Craft from January 2014 to July 2020. Courtney also gained experience in client development at EMERGICON from May 2014 to May 2018. Their early career includes a role as a Transportation Coordinator at Guardian EMS from June 2012 to April 2014, where they were responsible for patient evaluations, CAD monitoring, call taking, customer service, marketing, and public relations.

Courtney Chavis completed their education in 2005 at Tyler Junior College, where they obtained a degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). In addition to their degree, they also received certification as an Emergency Medical Technician from the Texas Department of State Health Services. Courtney has additional certifications as a Notary Public from The Office of the Texas Secretary of State and they have been recognized as an Honored Listee by Marquis Who's Who in 2023.
