Russell Medlock has extensive experience in the marine industry, currently serving as a Warranty Specialist at Nautique Boat Company since January 1997, where responsibilities include reviewing warranty claims and providing support to dealers and customers. Previously, Russell held the position of Quality Services Foreman and AIMS Administrator, implementing a wireless data collection system for quality control inspections. Prior to Nautique, Russell managed operations at Buena Vista Watersports from January 1993 to January 1997, overseeing staff scheduling and equipment management for safe recreational experiences. Russell's career commenced in the Royal Navy from October 1983 to August 1991 as a Marine Engineer, completing three deployments to the Middle East and receiving the GS Medal with Gulf clasp for service aboard HMS Exeter. Education was completed at Waltheof Comprehensive, graduating in 1982 with studies in English, Geography, and Math.
