Idoia Zabala Loroño has extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as Directora Comercial Zona Norte at Nautalia Viajes since February 2013. In this role, Idoia focuses on establishing and strengthening client relationships while researching market trends to identify business opportunities. Prior to this, Idoia held the position of Program Manager at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, managing large national and global corporate travel accounts. Experience also includes serving as Account Manager at Viajes Marsans Empresas/HRG, overseeing corporate travel accounts and negotiating agreements, and working as an Executive Sales representative for SABENA, where Idoia was involved in operations and corporate agreement negotiations. Idoia holds a degree in Técnico en Empresas y Actividades Turísticas from the University of Deusto.
