Vitor Monteiro is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in executive and management roles within the hospitality industry. Since May 2013, Vitor has served as Executive Chef at NAU Hotels & Resorts, following a tenure as Kitchen Manager at Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon from January 2012 to May 2013. Previous positions include Executive Chef at CS Hotels & Resorts, Chefe Cozinha at Dunas Douradas Beach Club, and Junior Sous-chef at The Lake Resort. Vitor's culinary education was completed at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve, where a degree in Cozinha/Pastelaria was obtained between 2006 and 2009.
