Sakshi Kashyap is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning, and diversity. Currently serving as Vice President at NatWest Group since September 2018, Sakshi has previously held significant roles at Citi India, including Lead Human Resource Partner for the Commercial Bank, overseeing a team of over 200 employees. Sakshi's leadership experience extends to serving as President of the NHRDN Mumbai's BKC zone, spearheading HR initiatives, and driving talent acquisition and engagement strategies at Citicorp Services India. Earlier career milestones include managing campus relations at Citibank and Axis Bank, as well as a foundational role at TCS as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Sakshi holds a PGP in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from SNDT Women’s University.
