Rosie Almond, PhD, is a Behavioural Risk Manager at NatWest Group, where the focus is on detecting and addressing behavioural risks in customer and employee domains through the application of behavioural science principles. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Behavioural Scientist at FSCB, leading research on diversity measurement in financial services, and as a Research Trials Manager at NEST, designing behavioural research trials to improve savings policies. Additional roles encompass integration and outreach efforts at Grapes Hill Community Garden, as well as various academic positions at the University of East Anglia, including teaching and research in behavioural economics. Rosie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Economics, along with a Master’s degree and Bachelor's degree in related fields from the same institution.
