Hana Searson is an accomplished leader in organizational development with extensive experience in culture, learning, leadership, coaching, and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of Culture, Learning, Leadership, Coaching, Talent and Behavioural Science at NatWest Group since June 2024, Hana previously held various senior roles at Citi from May 2018 to June 2024, including Global Head of Citi Culture and Behavioural Insights. A career at Barclays from October 2010 to May 2018 involved leadership in executive development and talent management. Earlier positions at Inspirational Development Group and Thomson Reuters further solidified expertise in talent and learning. Hana holds multiple degrees, including an M.Phil in Gender and Women’s Studies from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, complemented by certifications in coaching and behaviour change interventions.
