Ewa Woollcombe-Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital delivery and payments within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director and Head of Digital Delivery at NatWest Group since August 2018, Ewa previously held leadership roles at RBS, including Head of Core Payments Platform and Platform Manager for Middleware. Ewa's career also includes project management and analyst positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and Royal Mail Group, along with a reporting analyst role at Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Ewa holds a 1,1 degree in International Business from the University of Plymouth, earned between 2005 and 2009.
