Charlotte Crow (Bannayi) has a diverse background in human resources and support services, beginning as a Support Worker with Mind from June 2013 to August 2014, where the focus was on aiding individuals with mental health issues in their recovery journey. Since September 2014, Charlotte has held various leadership roles at NatWest Group, currently serving as Head of Performance & Business Management within the People & Transformation team. Responsibilities include implementing and embedding the people's strategy in alignment with business objectives while acting as a catalyst for change to support workforce management across multiple HR functions within the Commercial & Private Banking sector.
