Kim Cramer is a co-owner of BR-ND People, a consultancy based in Amsterdam focused on strategic transformation through Emotive Branding, since January 2011. Cramer co-founded Let's Play Equal in March 2023, collaborating with various Amsterdam-based B Corps to promote equality. As a member of The Present 100 since September 2023, Cramer engages with influential entrepreneurs on initiatives aimed at mental resilience and social equality. Additionally, Cramer holds positions on the Supervisory Board of Natuur & Milieu and as a founding partner of a community-based research program at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Cramer also contributes to academic institutions as a guest lecturer in Brand, Design, and Communication Management since September 1999. Previous ventures include co-founding EMOTOME and 23plusone Friends, which focus on promoting happiness and positive behavior in business. Cramer holds a PhD in Branding from the University of Amsterdam.
