Cristian Norlin currently serves as the Head of Exhibitions and Learning at Naturhistoriska riksmuseet since November 2023. Prior to this role, Cristian held the position of Head Of Design & Customer Experience at Fortum from February 2022 to October 2023. Cristian's extensive experience at Ericsson from April 2005 to December 2021 includes roles such as Head of Design and Technology for Ericsson ONE, where responsibility encompassed leading teams in research and design to drive innovation. Cristian has also served as a Research Manager, contributing to user-centered design and development initiatives, and participated in various advisory and evaluative capacities within organizations focused on usability and accessibility. Cristian's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Computer Related Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia: Pedagogy and Technology from Stockholm University.
