Sawat Kate has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. sawat currently works as the Site Leader at NatureWorks, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, Sawat held a managerial position at PTT Global Chemical since 1992. From June 2014 to December 2022, they served as the General Manager at Vencorex.

Sawat Kate completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Prince of Songkhla University between the years 1984 and 1988. sawat pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from Nida business school from 2009 to 2012.
