Sarah Fergus is a seasoned professional in the nutritional and wellness industry with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Nutrition & Sales Specialist at Nature's Plus since January 2016, Sarah combines expertise in nutritional therapy with a position as a CNM Biomedicine Lecturer, teaching foundational courses in physiology and anatomy. As a self-employed Nutritional Therapist, Sarah focuses on identifying root health concerns and developing tailored dietary protocols for clients. Additionally, as a Wellness Advocate for doterra Essential Oils, Sarah educates families and health professionals on natural health solutions using essential oils. Previous experience includes a part-time F&B Supervisor role at Loughrea Hotel and Spa, held from 2008 until 2015. Sarah holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Galway.
