Kelly Hard has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain and customer operations. Kelly currently works as the Supply Chain Operations Lead at Nature's Fynd since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Operations Supervisor at Newell Brands from September 2016 to November 2021. Before joining Newell Brands, Kelly worked at Ignite USA, where they held the positions of Sr. Customer Account Specialist from February 2015 to September 2016, and Customer Account Specialist from April 2013 to February 2015.

Kelly Hard obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Holding Your Team Accountable" and "Leading Effectively" from LinkedIn, in June 2020 and December 2019 respectively.
