Laudi Kuri has a range of work experience in sales, category management, trade planning, and business management. Laudi started their career at General Mills in 2011 as a Business Management Associate Intern, where they gained insights into the retail industry. After completing their internship, they joined the company full-time in 2012 as a Business Management Associate, providing sales analysis and recommendations for Walmart's Dry Meals business. Laudi also coordinated sales initiatives for retail representatives across the country.
In 2013, Laudi became a Business Planning Associate at General Mills, where they provided planning and analytical support for over 60 regional accounts in the Yogurt and Baking division. Laudi customized customer presentations to optimize sell-in on new items and identify brand opportunities.
Moving up in their career, Laudi became a Customer Account Manager at General Mills in 2015, responsible for managing refrigerated, frozen, and baking portfolios at Giant Eagle. Laudi'sduties included direct selling, trade planning, volume estimating, promotional planning, category recommendations, brand development, and pricing strategy.
In 2016, Laudi transitioned to the role of Trade Planning Manager at General Mills, focusing on sales and funding insights for the Meals/Baking Division. Laudi managed and developed a team of entry-level analysts and worked closely with key account managers to develop strategies and identify brand opportunities.
In 2017, Laudi took on the role of Business Category Manager at General Mills, leading category management for Publix in Cereal, Granola & Nutrition Bars, Snacks, and all Nat/Org Brands. Laudi crafted category reviews to optimize distribution, sell in new items, and maximize shelf space based on fair share and productivity.
In 2018, Laudi joined Nature Nate's Honey Co. as the Director of Sales for the East Region and Amazon. Laudi led all data and reporting capabilities for the company and was responsible for driving sales growth and expansion.

Laudi Kuri completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 2008 and 2012. During their time at the university, they focused on International Business and Marketing, as well as Spanish Language and Culture. In 2010, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, specializing in International Business.
