Rebecca H. is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources, operations, and management. Currently serving as Head of People and Culture at Naturalmat since March 2024 and HR & Office Manager at Blue Earth Summit since April 2023, Rebecca has a strong commitment to sustainability and purpose-led initiatives. Previous roles include HR & Office Manager at Wavelength Media Co., HR & Finance Manager at Inconf, and Building Manager at Propeller:Exmouth, where Rebecca oversaw significant expansions and compliance efforts. Earlier experiences as Bookings Manager at Ticket to Ride and Co-Founder of Bikelands Bicycle Shop have further honed managerial and operational skills. Additionally, Rebecca's foundation in media and society was established with a Bachelorā€™s Degree from London South Bank University.
