Brian Baird possesses extensive experience in outdoor education and tour leadership, currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Naturalists At Large and a Tour Guide at Incredible Adventures since 2022. With a strong background in environmental studies earned from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Brian has held various roles such as Tour Leader at Intrepid Travel, Associate Grower at Square Roots, and Farmer and Bartender at Caswell Farm and Wedding Barn. Previous experience includes working as an Outdoor Instructor at Naturalists At Large and Walker Creek Ranch, where Brian led natural science lessons and outdoor hikes for school groups. Additionally, Brian contributed as a Tour Leader at AmeriCan Adventures, providing cross-country camping tours across North America.
