Francine Kershaw is a Senior Scientist at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) with a background in marine mammals and oceans. Francine has also worked as a Staff Scientist, Marine Mammal Protection & Oceans at the Nature Program and as a Marine Mammals Science Fellow. Previously, Francine held positions at UNEP-WCMC, including Assistant Program Officer and Program Assistant. Francine holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Columbia University, an M.Sc. in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Management from the University of Oxford, and a BSc in Zoology from the University of Leeds.
