Ken Kriese serves as the National Program Manager for the Wetland Reserve Easement Program at the Natural Resources Conservation Service since August 2019, following a substantial tenure at the US Fish and Wildlife Service as Wildlife Biologist and Migratory Bird Joint Venture National Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Biologist for Ducks Unlimited and as a staff biologist at Point Defiance Zoological Society, focusing on Arctic birds and marine mammals. Ken Kriese holds a Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of California, Davis, a Master’s in Wildlife Conservation from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor's in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University.
