David Ivory is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently employed at Toka Tū Ake EQC since June 2023, David has held various positions including Estimator/Quantity Surveyor at Downer New Zealand and Commercial Estimating Manager at Metro Performance Glass. David's expertise encompasses financial management, pricing, and bid writing for utilities infrastructure projects, as well as leading teams for competitive tender preparations. Notable projects include significant developments for Canterbury University and Environment Canterbury. David holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Canterbury and a BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University Dublin.
