Vijay Sai S. has over 10 years of experience in the engineering field. In 2011, they began their career as an Aerospace Engineer Intern at Delta Motors Private LTD, where they designed and manufactured a scale model of an Aircraft Empennage system and conducted wind tunnel tests. In 2012, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where they designed Frame 9FB Gas Turbine components and assisted in testing. In 2013, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern at CADD Engineering Services, designing automotive seat components and interiors. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Stoughton Trailers, LLC as a Mechanical Design Engineer, designing semi-truck, intermodal transport trailer components and optimizing truck trailer rear frame guard. In 2017, they worked at Dairyland Electrical Industries, Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer, designing and developing 3D CAD designs and creating prototypes. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Mechanical Design and Test Engineer, conducting complex structural analysis and real time testing. Currently, they are working at Natural Fiber Welding as a Mechanical Engineer, performing liaison activities for the Mirum Product line and supporting engineering design reviews and machinery scale up in production system.

Vijay Sai S. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2013. Vijay Sai then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University, which they completed in 2016. In December of that same year, they obtained a CERTIFIED SOLIDWORKS ASSOCIATE certification from Dassault Systèmes. Vijay Sai S. also has certifications in Auto CAD and CATIA V5, which they obtained from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in 2012. Vijay Sai is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management at University of the Cumberlands, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
