Vivian Ronchi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Senior HR Talent Partner at Natura since February 2015, Vivian has held various roles including Senior Manager for Recruitment and Employer Branding, and has progressively advanced through positions focused on recruitment and onboarding. Prior to Natura, Vivian was an Associate Director at Asap, leading executive recruitment projects in retail and consumer goods, and managing key accounts while conducting comprehensive candidate assessments. With a background in research as a Pesquisadora at ALPEN and an Analyst at Case Consulting, Vivian holds a degree in Business Administration from FECAP, completed in 2009.
