Rebeca Brito Cardozo is a senior analyst with extensive experience in supply chain finance, currently serving at Natura &Co since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing the order cycle and product cost analysis. Prior to this role, Rebeca worked at Avon from November 2016 to June 2021, progressing from an administrative assistant to a product cost junior analyst and fiscal junior analyst. Rebeca began the professional journey at Avon as a young apprentice from June 2015 to September 2016. Rebeca holds a degree in Ciências Contábeis from Centro Universitário Senac (2016-2019) and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, expected to be completed in May 2025.
