Angela Cavinato Cal Thomaz currently serves as the Sr Manager of Insights & Marketing Intelligence at Natura & Co, taking on the role of Head Interina since January 2023. With extensive experience in marketing intelligence and consumer insights, Angela has previously held pivotal positions at Avon, L'Oréal, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi, Pfizer, GfK, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Angela’s expertise encompasses competitive intelligence, strategic decision-making, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. Angela holds a degree in Communication and Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, earned in 2006.
