Andrius Baltakys is an experienced professional in IT service management and cyber assurance. Currently serving as the Cyber Assurance Manager at Natura & Co since November 2022, Andrius manages Third Party Cyber Assurance services. Prior to this, Andrius held various roles at Avon from July 2005, including IT Service Strategy/Design Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing service introduction and policy definition, as well as acting as the product owner for ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Additional roles encompassed IT Service Design Manager, focusing on secure service designs, and IT Service Transition Management, with a focus on global change management in the EMEA region. Andrius possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Informatics from VILNIUS TECH and has earned two Master's degrees in Digital Business Management and e-Business Management from Mykolas Romeris University, alongside a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
